Changed your mind on your purchase?
In Store Purchases:
We’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached and with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
All returns are processed for as a store credit for the purchase amount indicated on original receipt.
We’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached and with the original receipt within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Simply contact us at [email protected] and send back your item(s) with the correct size and/or color of the new item you wish to exchange and our team will take care of the rest.
In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock will will notify you via email and issue you a store credit to use in-store or online.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Returns or Exchanges are not accepted on Swimwear or Lingerie
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been received & checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.
- The refund is always credited to the original payment method
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method and your credit card provider
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Style So Chic has the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.
Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items if the order has not shipped. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
